Entering the Library

You need to tap your library card at the entrance gate to enter the library. 
A student ID card or a faculty ID card functions as a library card.
If you forget to bring your card, please inform the staff.
 

PCs (OKU students and faculty only)

Desktop Computers

Desktop computers with the internet, Microsoft Office, etc. are available.
  • It is required your log in ID and password.
  • All documents/data saved to the library computers are deleted once the computer is logged off or shutdown.
  • The PCs are not connecting to the printers.

 

Laptop Computers

Laptops with some digital school textbooks, Microsoft Office, etc. are available.
  • Laptops can be borrowed from the circulation desk. They are in-library use only. 
    *It is unavailable if you have overdue library materials.
  • Wi-Fi (grapes/eduroam) is available at all library locations.
  • All documents/data saved to the library computers are deleted once the computer is logged off or shutdown.

 

Printing

Black and white printing is available. It costs 10 yen per page.
Printers are not connecting to PCs. 
Before you print, you'll need to save the files to your USB drive.
The following file types are allowed: PDF, TIFF, JPEG, XPS and DocuWorks files.
It is strongly recommended to print from PDF.
